[RELEASED] Maximum and Lifetime Maximum Quantity for Product

This vQmod will allow you to specify a maximum quantity and a lifetime maximum quantity for your products. If you want (or do) run limited quantity promotions in your store this will allow you to prevent customers from taking advantage of limited quantity promotions.

-- Lifetime maximum checks against previous customer purchases to ensure that they cannot checkout multiple times with the same account.
-- Maximum quantity checks to ensure that customers cannot buy too many at one time.

I need exactly this extension as mentioned above - but it seems to have vanished. I sell only digital downloads and so customer should never purchase more than 1- but sometimes they do by mistake and we must issue refunds - so I need to prevent at the cart level and in their account. Does anyone know of an extension that will do both?
