Parent/child products

Hello,

i'm trying to do something like you can see on this page: http://www.aurelio-online.com/epages/61 ... s/950-0002

Here you can see one product, and at the bottom there are child products, which are uploaded like separate products. So it's not an option, they are products also. There should be one "add to basket" button too.
Is there any extension for this?
