Need coder to hire or pointed in Right direction

I need to have either made or pointed in the right direction for the following MOD.

In short I run a T-shirt Company and sell many different sizes colors etc.. or garments.

I need to create a basic report that will do the following

If a buy get 5 small red wilson shirts
and somebody else buys 2 large red wilson shirts
and somebody else buys 4 xlg red wilson shirts..

I need a report that I can print out that tells me to order from my vendor

a break down of all wilson shirts in their sizes and give a grand total of to order in each size
so if two people order 1 red small wilson shirt.. My report would tell me to order 2 small red wilson shirts

Also report needs to have catagory, customer name and prince of each garment

Any help would be great or direction..
