How to install quick order form?

Hey guys how are you?
This is my first day on these forums so HI to everyone!
I'm quite stuck with my website which has OpenCart installed. I have this little problem, I want to have the option of quick order form in the website for anyone who wants to play a quick order and/or for guest as well.

I'm looking for this specific option if anyone can help me to implement I would be real thankful since I'm stuck in a bad position.
