Manage Orders Manually

Hi guys, I would like to know if there's any extensions that could manage my orders manually.
For example:

A client use the checkout finishing his purchase, I, the administrator, use the control panel to change his shipping manually depending on what he have chosen and add taxes if necessary.
Then, I send him an email asking for his confirmation, when he does, PayPal will do the transaction.

Is it possible?

This is something i would be interested too. Being able to create an order and then send it to a customer for them to pay. I get a lot of email enquiries but i'd like to manage them all in opencart instead of having to manually type an invoice and request payment through paypal.

the opencart demo has an order status of "pending"
this, in idea is the closest logic to your questions

order history allows you update the customer on changes in the order status

regarding the payment, you should check if the customer has in "my account"
a possibilty of paying for an order
then what you can do, is change the name of "cash on delivery" to "pending payment"

then update the order, the customer and directing him to "my account" to pay

I do not kno how efficient this is,
but opencart's assumption is that the all of the shipping and taxes should be hanled automatically to close the sale on one session...
