Also, in order confirmation emails, the option value does not show, maybe this is related?

This error has been fixed in OC v2.1.0.1 since the 'option_value' key has been removed from every PayPal Express arrays.

I have the same issue - and am using OC2.0.3.1
Is there a fix for this, without having to upgrade to a higher OC version?
