I need to add the checkbox to product (data=>under ststus for example) in admin area, that will enable/disable right column (field of the price, product name, add to cart button, etc.) on product page and the size of the left column will like both columns.
OPTIONAL: display the stars and share options between images and discription field.

OpenCart uses a layout system that lets you setup custom layouts with modules assigned to left, right, top, and bottom
Each product has a "design" tab that lets you assign a custom layout to "override" the default product layout.
So you can already do what you need. Simply create another design->layout called "product with right col" and assign the modules you want to show up there.
Then for each of the products you want to show the right column, simply set that layout override
