Export/Import: Missing product_ids

Hi, I installed the export/import extension, and exported my products to a xlsx file and added more products to that file. When I try to import the file back, I get this message : Export/Import: Missing product_ids in worksheet 'Products'!
Can someone help? What I am doing wrong?

I am using opencart 2.0.3.1

Here is a picture of my xlsx file. Product Id's are in the first coloumn and they are formated as a text.
Any help would be appriciated!!

You are only able to IMPORT 'DB-Predefined' DATA, if something DOES NOT HAVE
it's reserved 'Table/Section' defined, in a DB, it cannot be placed. Like, if you have no
ROOM Reservation, in the Hotel, as planned, then, you possibly have no place to stay...

Hi

I am using (V2.27) import/export on OC Version 2.1.0.1 under win 10.
Have a question as to how it imports manufacturers. I have a large list of manufacturers but when I import products with manufacturers name included. It ignores the names already in the database and adds a duplicate of the name.

I have tried the first option 'Yes (Update and/or add da'ta)'
and the second option 'No (Delete all old data before Import)'

Both do the same thing.
Have used excel 2010 and open office but to no avail. The issue is the same.

I have checked the name in the product upload is the same as the name in the manufacturer's database.

Can you shed any light on the issue?
