Help with 2nd level pull down on agnes theme

I really like the agnes theme: http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... n_id=18800

The issue I have is when you choose one type of header menu it only shows the first level under the category. I would like to have it show the 2nd level. In another selection for the header menu is will show that 2nd level so it looks like it may already be built into the template BUT that menu option makes it huge. I would like something like http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... n_id=19296

Has anyone used the agnes theme and done this? Or does anyone know how to do it?
