We are looking for someone who can convert a website design and functionality from a custom CMS (based on opencart) over to the new version of open cart.
We have a specification and also can give access to repository.
The CSS and HTML currently exists on the site so that will just need ported over, along with the functionality.
If you could give me more information such as hourly rate, when you could start the project (we would like this done as soon as possible and could have everything set up today).
