Invalid token session. Please login again.

I keep getting this error when trying to login to my admin or when I eventually get in by pressing CTRL + F5 I get this every time I try to make changes.

Also on my store front when I add a dummy item to the shopping cart and then view cart the item disappears.

Can Anyone help.

Can be closed have fixed by using

session.save_path = /tmp/php_sessions;

I added this to php.ini in root and admin.

dude i tried your php.ini and it f***ed up all the website its showing error
