Rich Product Attribute

I have some like this:
1/ Product's Attribute Tempalte for Category:
- In Adding Product, a list of Attribute depend on Product Category will show for Admin, plus Custome Attribute, each will have Check Box for option to show with Product.

2/ Multiple value for Predefined Attribute:
- When adding new Attribute in Catalogue -> Attribute, this Option allow user to add Multiple value for one Attribute like this:
+ Attribute named ATT will have 3 value 1, 2, 3.
+ When adding product, this ATT attribute will allow Admin to choose 1 or 2 or 3 or 1, 2 etc....

Hope this Feature can be approved.
