Want to send a sms in order alert mail

Hi i have a query i want to send a sms on order alert mail

I have a api but dont know where to put to get sms here is a api

http://api.msg91.com/api/sendhttp.php?a ... ssage=test & new&mobile&sender=123456&route=default

where i want telephone should be picked by the customer info

How to execute this api using proper syntax i am new to this please help me

And did you check with your SMS Service-Provider, if he knows about an OC-compatible Mod/Adaption for this?
