Looking for feedback and suggestions. In particular (in order of importance):
1. How do I simplify checkout procedure to a simple inquiry?
2. Is there a way not to list price on certain products and substitute is with "Call"?
3. How to go about to make "reservation" type checkout for the rental portion of the site? Basically date for delivery and date for return. No need to worry about inventory availability
4. This is probably the easiest one; How do I add rich HTML section on home page between the banner and "Featured" products.
