send a email instead of payment

i want that when someone orders form me that it will send a email to me with the products and that they dont have to pay.
by default the costumer has to pay but i dont want that option.
costumers must order and i need to get a email so i can make a bill for them.
is there any way to do this ?
it sounds simple so i hope someone can help me.

Ik heb wel een oplossing als je een offerte wil voor 1 product tegelijk. De winkelwagen knop wordt dan 'vraag offerte aan' als de prijs nul is en stuurt de klant naar een contact formulier
