I have for months been trying to make it possible to deliver purchased music files from Amazon S3 and now I am going out of my good skins.
See: http://danacord.com/opencarttest3/ and search for the product The Lady of Shalott. You may make a test purchase since the price is set to $0.

VQmod and the necessary MOD (Amazon S3 Downloads) is installed and my credentials for S3 are entered.
http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... on_id=6051

The instruction to the MOD says:
Add your downloads the usual way WITHOUT uploading actual file. When you create downloadable do not upload file, just set file name using relative path to file in S3 bucket, and save.

When I log in to S3 and reads the properties of the file (where the bucket name is "danacord.com") the direct path is shown to be:
https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/danacord.com/Chaconne.mp3

I have tried with these variants, since the file is in the root:
../danacord.com/Chaconne.mp3
../Chaconne.mp3
Chaconne.mp3

- and ditto with a file located in a subdirectory:
https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/danacord.com/700-799/762/soundbites/762-06.mp3
../danacord.com/700-799/762/soundbites/762-06.mp3
/danacord.com/700-799/762/soundbites/762-06.mp3
../700-799/762/soundbites/762-06.mp3
/700-799/762/soundbites/762-06.mp3

When I make a test purchase of the file this message shows up:
Your order has been placed!
[..]
If your purchase has an associated download, you can go to the account downloads page to view them.
[..]
When I click on the link "Downloads" I get however the following message:
Account Downloads
You have not made any previous downloadable orders!
Perhaps the problem lies somewhere else in the system, but it is beyond my ability to analyze me to it. Unfortunately, the developer of the MOD doesn't reply to emails.

If anyone here has the courage to look at it, I will gladly pay for the work and I will send the logins for Admin + FTP.

Hmmm, is there a group in this forum that are more relevant to this question? There are 29 who have read my request, but no responses.
