Extension for wholesalers - "two kind of prices"

Please tell me how we can get an extension for wholesalers?
We need, that some users of the site (approved by the site administrator) have seen not "retail", but "wholesale" prices for items. And all calculations in the "shopping cart" for these users were on the "wholesale" prices.
