Seeking some help on how to set this up. I'm not sure whether this option or module is available or not but this is what I need:
- Ability for a client to Pick to Lease or Buy a Vehicle
- If the Person Leases the Vehicle, Option on for how many months. For leasing, I would need to setup a re-curing payment or ability for client to login and pay for that month. Bill tracking and e-mail notification for monthly bill(s).
If this is something that has to be made, I would be more than happy to compensate.

Please take a look at this extension (OpenCart 1.5.x but can be made for 2.0):

It offers the customer to pay the outstanding bill in installments with an optional inclusion of the full shipping costs for the first payment.
Caveats:
-No OC2 version yet!
-Only PayPal Express is supported at the moment but I've planned on a PayPal Pro version which supports credit cards.
-A recurring profile can be no longer than one year, in your case 12 months
-If your lease amounts to a higher bill than paying in one go, it will need a customization.
