Site does not render ocmod files. Please help

Hi guys

I am having this problem with the site and I really dont know what the issue is.

Opencart version 2.0.1.0

Products get this error bellow:
Notice: Undefined index: otp_bullets in /home/www/cottoncandy.gr/catalog/view/theme/pav_fashion/template/common/product/default.tpl on line 11

Notice: Undefined index: starting_from in /home/www/cottoncandy.gr/catalog/view/theme/pav_fashion/template/common/product/default.tpl on line 29

Apparently a developer friend is saying the site is NOT rendering OCMOD files and theres no way i can find what is causing this. If anyone is kind enough to give any hints or ideas that would fantastic.
This is making the site NOT usable and losing sales.

Just try your Extension with your DEFAULT Theme, and if it works, then, contact PAV Themes for assistance.
Your OcMod seems not to be working with the PAV Theme, and this is NOT an unusual Case. Make sure, your
'STARTING FROM' Extension MEETS the OC Version Number !!

There is an issue with Pavtheme.
Even we face this issue.
Ocmod is not getting applied when pav theme is used.

I need to raise a ticket with them.

Silly question from me, but did you guys REFRESH your modification manually after installing any ocmods??

I know it's stupid but it has to be done manually by pressing that button on top of modifications page.

If that does not help, well ask the devs.

Yes definately. It is pressed.
It is only happening on pav theme.

It works for other theme.
