Add new option under System>Design

I want to add a new option under the System>Design menu. Under Layouts and Banners. I have a simple Accordion module that I setup. I'd like similar functionality to Banners. But so far I can't figure out how to make it show up in System>Design. I haven't found any info on how to do it. If someone could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.
