hey all, new to the forums.
Would installing a new theme remove all my products?
I have entered 5600+ products to my store in my current highly un-mobile friendly theme.
I need a theme which is mobile responsive as it looks awful on mobiles.
Is there anyway to install a new theme while keeping the products?
I don't want to risk losing all that work.
Thank you.

It shouldn't make any difference to the products but it would be very sensible to back them up using the Export/Import tool by JNeuhoff. That way if anything goes wrong you still have the categories and products.

He keeps it very up to date and is great for support too
Also backup the files via ftp, use the Backup & Restore tool in OC and backup your database.

ALL your data is stored on a MySql-DB, but this has absolutely nothing to do with a Theme, wich is
to be installed, seperately placed from the default Sub, in it's own named Subdirectory, and then
activated by the Admin Theme-Selection Function.

But I wonder, what you are trying to achieve anyway, finding some "tg_hazumi_html_content.tpl "-linking
to/in your DEFAULT THEME, a filename, not even Google has any idea about. But I guess, you screwed up,
because you seem not to understand, how this system works. adding such files into your Theme DEFAULT
Section.

Good Luck
No offense, just wondering!

My Github OC Site: https://github.com/IP-CAM
5'600 + FREE OC Extensions, on the World's largest private Github OC Repository Archive Site.
A theme has its own directory yes but they often come with additional modules which are usually placed in the DEFAULT theme folder so that it's not bound by that custom theme. In fact that's how all extensions/modules are written.
This tg_etc.TPL is not found at said location so check if it were present in the upload folder you got from the download.
If it is installable from admin>modules, uninstall it and the error will go away.
Otherwise contact the theme developer.
Don't worry, you didn't screw up and you're not expected to understand the (underlying)system as a store owner.
