Willing to Pay for Manufacturer Extension

Good Afternoon everyone! I own a Telescope store and extensively use my website for sales and Dealer promotions. I am in desperate need of a module (VQmod or not) that creates a menu bar on my manufacturer (brand) pages. I want to be able to go to the manufacture page and select a category that pulls up only the items by the specific manufacturer. For instance, I sell telescopes from several different manufacturers one of which is Celestron. I want to go to the Celestron Page, select Telescopes and have it show only the Telescopes built by Celestron. I am willing to pay to have this done. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
