We recently purchased and installed this plugin http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... suggestive selling&filter_download_id=37
We have uploaded it to our local machine and it works perfectly, however when we upload it to a live web hosting we get this error:

We are running Open Cart 2.0.3.1.
Can anyone please let us know what this means?
