I am new to Open Cart and my client asked me to fix his website. While I am a webmaster and am familiar with many shopping carts and issues, I am brand new to Open Cart, so please bare with my raw knowledge.

My client is running Open Cart Version 2.0.1.1 and from what I have read in the forums this version seems to not yet be stable. Am I correct, in that this version should not be running on my clients site just yet?

The issue is that I am having is my clients product options, that I have created, are not showing up in the options tab of the product area. The client is running a module called Pitch Print (http://pitchprint.com/) which also shows on the options tab. So I uninstalled this module to then see if all the new options I created show, but they do not. Without me being able to add proper options to my clients products this is not a good issue to have. Please see the attachment for a screenshot of this issue. Basically I am not able to add additional options that I have created like color, and scent.

I went to the error log and there are some errors. I have also attached a screenshot of the errors. Don't' know if the two are related.

Why would my new product options not show? I just don't know where to start or what to look at. Please show me where to troubleshoot this issue.

Start typing in the names of the options you added and they will show up.

I assume, In the reply, above, florinsith just tried to tell/remember you, that you should write the first character of the OPTION, into the selection field, to see ALL Options, available, pre-definded, starting with this character, to choose one from. But if you don't see an (auto-filled) visible Option, after entering the first title character, then, you have have not yet CREATED that option, and/or Settings, correctly, in the first place.

Ernie what is up with all the long winded reply, after the fact. I asked for help, gave the details I felt necessary and got the help I needed. Then after I received help, sent a thankful reply. After I get my help, then you send what seems to be chastising reply. What gives?

I didn't post every module I installed and every little detail because I knew it was not yet needed. And as it turned out I was right. Just give enough information needed for help.

This isn't my first forum post, just my first forum post with Open Cart. I have been posting in forums for over 15 years. Almost sounded as if you were bashing my method and response. I came here for help, not to be pushed around.

My reply to the answer provided was shock that is was a simple fix plus thankfullness nothing else. Perhaps you dont understand english very well, because you seemed like my reply was ungrateful. Not the case. I normally dont reply to posts like yours, but since I am new I felt it was the proper thing to defend my actions.

I shouldn't have to defend my actions when I come to this forum for help. Who are you? That is all I have to say.

florinsith, that you very much.
