How to edit the home link

Hi-- I have recently updated from OC 1.5.6 to 1.5.6.4. After this upgrade, links (i.e.: my logo and 'home" breadcrumb) that are supposed to go my homepage go else where instead. Could someone give me the steps, using a basic editor, to edit the requisite file(s)? FYI,my URL is the following: http://www.kenlywarren.com

Configuration error, you cannot have your Shop in SITE ROOT public_html/, and configure it to be in public_html/new/
