Use opencart 2.0.3.1 as freelancer.com concept

Hello,

I want to customize opencart to serve most likely as freelancer.com with no post a project feature, what I would like it to be is:

1- make user profiles as products , where users can upload pic and add more dynamic field types , such as category tree
2- modify the purchasing workflow to be similar to freelancer.com API
3- create user Dashboard includes , inbox, see his request status.

is there any extension(s) could fill in these requirements?
