Slow admin page and Internal Server error 502

Hi,

I have suddenly problem with my e-shop running on Opencart 1.5.6

I have two e-shops running more than year on OC 1.5.6 but suddendly I cannot log in into the admin section. Both e-shops need maybe 4 minutes to log in and one of these e-shops sometimes writes me Internal Server Error 502. When I get into the admin section I can browse in admin section without problems but sometimes (when I want to go home in admin it again needs 4 minutes to load the pages).

Both e-shops are on same webhosting and I did not do anything with e-shops (no changes, no new products). I have contacted the owner of webhosting and they do not see any problém at their side but they advise me that I should check and update PHP scripts.

Can someone has any idea where could be the problem? How can I update PHP scripts?
