Missing orders with Authorize.Net - What can cause that?

Hi,
We just switched from EPN to Authorize.Net and since than we're having issues with a lot of missing orders (at least 5-10%) that gets charged but not recorded as approved on our OpenCart (still shows in Missing Orders, without any notes in the history tab).

Authorize.net support (and a supervisor) couldn't help us because the payment approved and they don't support 3rd party integrations directly.

Do you guys have any idea?

I'm running OC 1.5.6.4 and the payment module name in the admin panel is "Authorize.Net (AIM)" although I also have an authorizenet_sim.php file in catalog/controller/payment, but I don't see this option in the Admin side...

EDIT: I switched back to ePN so its irrelevant for me, but I guess other people may have this issue too so if you have an answer it's not a bad idea to have it archived here for them

You cannot see THIS Option in your Admin Section, because, it's not PLANNED, to be seen.
It's a REDIRECTION Virus, as it sounds, we had multiple Postings here, on this, during the past Months.
AND NOT ONE of them even used authorizenet, or knew, that it exists..., on the Payment Page.

Who's ever checking his/her own Checkout/payment-Pages ?! There, it can be seen, as selected Agent, usually !
And, if, as VIRUS, then, regardless of, authorizenet switched on or off. Or NOT even installed, by default...

You need to check your Software, or you take a good chance to loose unauthorized authorizenet Money.

what virus... what are you talking about? it comes with opencart installation, you can download the zip file and see you have the SIM and AIM files...

I am talking about the other one, obviously beeing around, otherways, there would not be any Postings about very 'uncommon' Things, related to 'unexplainable' Authorize.net OC-Doings. Just to possibly warn you, I don't have it, so, I don't really care about it, either...
