Changing how long a new item is labled "new"

Is there a way to change the overall length of time that a new item added to the store is labled as "New"?

Latest module show the last added item in show limit.

If your question related to some theme features, ask the theme developer.
Because as far as I know OpenCart doesn't have this feature by default.
