Sorry if I have this in the wrong place, I'm new to opencart and openbay. But I have set up a medium subscription with openbay and installed what I've needed to import my ebay listings.
Problem I am having is the import is duplicating some of the items. I have 1040 on ebay and 1648 are importing.
Does anyone have any ideas?

noone knows, if you are in the wrong place, you did NOT even mention the OC - Software, you use.
