paypal express

Hi
I saw a lot of problems like this but they were all for the standard paypal.
i'm having a problem with the express version, my currency is not supported by paypal so when i try to checkout with my currency (SAR) it transfer me to my orders page and never to the paypal page . when i checkout with USD it transfer me to paypal page successfully.
so what files do i have to edit and what to edit .
