Need to upgrade 1.5.0 to 1.5.6.4 and install sagepay v3

I have a client who needs to upgrade to use sagepay v3 api but it doesn't look to be compatible with 1.5.0 so I need someone to upgrade 1.5.0 to 1.5.6.4 and then install a sagepay v3 module
