[SOLVED] pgrade to 2.0.3.1 Fatal error maintenance.php

I updated from 1.5.5.1 to 2.0.3.1. I had the maintenance setting on for 1.5.5.1 then updated to 2.0.3.1 and got the following. How do I fix it.

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Loader::controller() in /hermes/bosnaweb07a/b1245/-----------/public_html/--------/catalog/controller/common/maintenance.php on line 50

Make sure that all the old file have been replaced by new ones, start by checking the system/engine/loader.php file.

When does this error appear? Didnt you run de upgrade script before?

I just blew everything out and done a new install and everything works fine now.
