From local to live server, best practices?

NO need to get in touch, thanks to some very patient help on here I worked through it, got a fresh default install and then restored the OC backup sql which even brought in my slightly modded template!

Result!!! Thanks everyone for yoru help, much appreciated and if I can ever help in any way with any CSS work (only started looking at PHP this last week or so) then let me know! I think some templates are called for once I finish this project off!

i add data to datatable successfull.
but can't use these data as a select tab
because of the cache
i can't see the data i added with the select option
