This extension makes it possible to chose where a customer is redirected to on login (either a default value, by customer group or both).
Login as email = demo1@gmail.com and password = demo
This will redirect the viewer to the page they were previously on before login.
Login as email = demo2@gmail.com and password = demo
This will redirect the viewer to the contact us page (configured in admin)

Password= demo
First Example:
You may have configured customer1 to redirect to the page they were on before login so if they were on http://example.com/index.php?route=prod ... path=20_27 and then clicked login, once they have logged in they would be redirected back to http://example.com/index.php?route=prod ... path=20_27
Second example:
You may have configured customer2 to redirect to the account page after login they were on before login so if they were on http://example.com/index.php?route=prod ... path=20_27 and then clicked login, once they have logged in they would be redirected to http://example.com/index.php?route=account/account
Third example:
You may have configured customer3 to redirect to the home page after login they were on before login so if they were on http://example.com/index.php?route=prod ... path=20_27 and then clicked login, once they have logged in they would be redirected to http://example.com/

1) Go to Admin>Extension Installer and upload extension (alternatively you could upload from FTP)
2) Navigate to Admin>Settings and select the store you want to edit
3) Go to the option tab
4) Scroll down to 'Redirect'
5) Select your desired default redirect option
6) Add "account/login,account/logout,account/register,product/product/review,checkout/cart/add,common/cart/info" into the ignore feild
7) Click save

10) Add in the new redirect value you want for that customer group, then click save
