MySQL Syntax Error using Export/Import Tool

I am running OpenCart 2.0.3.1 on localhost using XAMPP. I exported a sample file to see how the products look in an XLSX file. While I had the file open, I decided to add some products myself to see if I could re-upload the file that I just downloaded to update my product library. When I went to re-upload the product XLSX, I got this:

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Out of the 26 products I have in the file, only three of them have gone through. If you need me to supply the XLSX that I'm working with, let me know and I will upload it.

The format of length and width fields is no recognized:

Oh okay gotcha. I guess I need to put these in as decimals instead of fractions. I'm very new to OpenCart so I'm still learning. Thanks for your help!
