some plugins not working

hello. some of my plugins are not working on my server like vq mod, instamojo, and more.i installed it, but when i want to edit then nothing appears, and when i check that plugin in xampp i see that messages http://prntscr.com/7mdbpi

yes . i am using windows 8.1. and i am using opencart version 2.0.3.1. and i downloaded latest version of extensions. some plugins got the problem.not only here. i installed some plugins in my website. then when i tried to edit, then nothing appeared,refreshed ,but not. then i tried those plugins on xampp. then i see that problem. what happened to line 112
