Minimum quantity on two different options

I'm looking for either a 2.0x module/extension or quote from a developer.

I have one product. The product is available in two options:

• printed
  non-printed

The non-printed option has a minimum order quantity of three and is available with bulk pricing discounts

• 3-24 = $1.67
  25-49 = $1.00
  50-99 = $0.75
  100-199 = $0.70
  200 or more = $0.60

Printed option has a minimum quantity of 200, $0.60 per unit, and no bulk pricing discounts.

Any assistance you may be able to provide would be appreciated.
