Hi OC folks, i am hoping somebody can help me! I have a OC install that has started to play havoc with my mojo! I have narrowed to problem down to paypal payment modules..
Basically we run 2 types.. Paypal Standard + Pay pal Pro UK
We have a valid SSL cert installed with unique IP too..
We are using OC 1.5.3.1 *it maybe possible to upgrade i was just concerned about module issues
things HAD been ok, until recently (last thing i added was mobile framework plugin which i have since disabled and uninstalled)
If people us PP pro.. after then click confirm.. they just get the waiting wheel of death! It stays there spinning and spinning waiting for a response but it never comes.. Although the order has gone through, paypal has taken the money.. The site is still unsure so put it under PENDING instead of complete (which is how we set it) .. the major issue is then users press it twice.. three times and get charged every time!
If people use standard PP... it all works fine, they got to PP, then pay and come back to our nice THANK YOU your order message.... Trouble is, the order then goes into MISSING ORDERS.. not COMPLETE as it should doo!
Paypal send emails to admin so we know actual payments happen.. but its becoming a nightmare!
Now i know PP IPN isnt 100% needed but its set all the same and checking history it appears oK valid 200 etc
I would be truly grateful for any help, or if u could point be i the right direction
