I already create website with use domain www.abc.com, now we want create multi-store under this domain name.
My question is, how to set the sub-store domain name URL like this www.abc.com/store1? Please advice.

You have to 'define' a Sub-Domain, and it's internal ROUTING, on your Server, by Use of your Site-Admin-Tools.

If you cannot do it, ask your hoster to set up your server accordingly.
