Hello, i don´t know what happened but the whole catalog field with products, options, categories... isn´t found anymore by my admin. If i try to restore backups it says " data was empty ", i can´t check the box for products, catgories... anymore in user area. So where do i find this in ftp or what could happened ?
Are the links gone from the menu or the actual products, categories and options data gone? If the menu links are gone, files have been misplaced or deleted (check the files in the /common/ folders within admin/controller, admin/language, admin/model and admin/view). If the actual data is gone, that's database related.
