After a customer puts in there cc info and the transaction process it stays on the checkout page. The site doesn't re-direct to the checkout success page. Is this normal for this payment extension?

Been a couple of months and still no help. Can I post this in the paid support? Willing to pay someone to fix this issue. I'm getting a lot of duplicate orders, because Sage is not re-directing to the checkout success page. Customers are getting confused and hitting the pay button more than once.

Have you found a solution to this issue yet? I'm having the same problem and Sage is no help. They keep telling me I'm using the wrong extension because it says Sagepay on the checkout page even thought the module in the back end says Sage Payment Solutions. Although when I modify the settings of the module it does say Changes saved for SagePay...which is weird.

I am having the same issue with the UK Version. I have put though some transactions myself to see what the problem is as i dont get any errors.

Sagepay does send back to opencart so that is all working the issue is when the page needs to direct to the success page as this isnt happening.

I NEED help fixing this. It is a big problem for me.

I have done another transaction and when I have paid it takes me to a blank page where I guess it is sending the details back to opencart but that is where it stops. I refreshed the browser and then it took me to the success page as it should.

The file that I think is causing the problem is /httpdocs/catalog/controller/payment/sagepay.php

ANY HELP would be really appreciated

Was a solution found for this? We're having the same problem with customers having multiple orders as they don't get a success confirmation notice. Have tried Sage and Authorize.net. Neither returns success page. Cash on Delivery payment does get success page.

I cant find the problem but have upgraded to Sagepay V3 extension and it has worked so far for me

We use SagePay (US) with OC 1.5.6.2 and we have never had this issue. Perhaps it is the extension in the OC version you are using?

no, but I am using a custom theme. But every other payment form seems to work and go to the success page.

It seems the orders are being placed, as they show up in the backend. The page just doesn't go to the success page
