Restrict Payment Methods extension help

The site is at http://tld.paramarq.co.uk. We're running OpenCart v 2.0.1.1 and Restrict Payment Methods extension v 202.2.

We have two payment methods active: eWay and PayPal Standard. Even a very basic rule e.g. Offer PayPal only, if cart total greater than 1.0 still shows both payment methods.

I can't seem to find any help online. Can someone, perhaps the developer, get in touch or offer me some pointers? I believe it's installed correctly and I can create rules on the back end.
