Hide/require registration field when selecting customer grp

I have searched and searched, but haven't found a solution.
In the registration I have already removed fields I do not need, but...

I have 2 customer groups - B2B and B2C. When B2C is selected (standard), I would like company name to be hidden. But when B2B is selected, the company name field should be required.

Any help to guide me in the right direction?? Thx
