Also they have "non-refundable" policy which makes it impossible to test.

Is there any refer a friend like extension which works only in OC and not via third party site? Tried to find in extension page but no luck, maybe just other word or something.

it is not forbidden if it is not a spam:) or if the emails is sent from such things like invite your friends and user types in own google details and sends out the emails to his contacts:) (i am in EU)

Fact is, that if the reciever has NOT agreed prior to recieve emails (from whoever ..), it IS spam.
At least a minimum of 2.180,- Euro within 24 hours at every court inside the EU - fast earned money.
