Order Processing

Hey guys,

Is there a way to create a new customer and their order from the admin section of Open Cart and then send them the order or process the payment via the back office section?

For example if someone wanted to order over the telephone?

Probably a simple question to some and a very easy answer to come

Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.

Thank you @Labelshops,

Would you just input their credit card/debit card info on their behalf as they would if they where online?

Wasn't sure if that would work or if it was frown up on.
