[HOW TO] - Redirect to Cart Page Directly

Hey there,

I want to change something like, if a customer is on the product page, and he/she clicks on "Buy Now" instead of "Add To Cart" , if i change that too... so it should add that to cart and redirects it to the cart page directly.

Need help to modify the code!
