One-time add-on options at checkout

Hi everyone!

Kind of a dumb question. I've search and not found any references so I'm asking here.

I'm looking to have a few additional options for customers to purchase during checkout. I sell vinyl stickers so I have a few things that might be handy for customers to get but don't want to have to put them on each product as an option. For instance, having a rush order fee, option to purchase a squegee, additional supplies, tape, etc.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to do this without having to put this into the database as an option for over 2000 items? Also, I'm looking for a free solution if possible.

It lets you add a custom one time fee for anything during checkout.

*edit - I see that this only allows ONE extra fee. I am looking for something that will allow multiple ones. It's also $20.00. While I appreciate your effort, this won't work for what I need. Thanks though!
