error installing vqmod

error message i am getting:

Apache Server at graphicsmaxx.com Port 80

opencart 2.0.2.0

downloaded vqmod-2.5.1-standard.zip unzipped and put vqmod folder in opencart folder with the admin, catalog, image, system and upload folder

permissions 755 also changed to 777 same thing

including index.php and admin/index.php as 755 and 777.

enter in browser

same error no matter what i do

The index.php File DOES NOT EXIST!
