has to be a way to change option value at product page

with size option using select

has to be a way to change/edit option value in EACH PRODUCT, all my products are different sizes.

then i could edit/change large to say 10 inches
medium to 8 inches
small to 6 inches.

and stay with each product

PLEASE HELP!

been pointed to option extensions but as yet have not seen one that works that way with 2.0.2.0
